Fhilosophy Inc creates meaningful opportunities for youth through sports mentoring, arts mentoring, and community engagement. Through Digital Pause, participants are encouraged to step away from passive distractions and become more active, creative, connected, and engaged in the world around them.

Digital Pause encourages young people to create intentional space away from passive distractions and replace that time with meaningful real world experiences through sports, creativity, mentorship, movement, and community engagement.

Three Ways We Help Youth Grow
WHAT WE DO
Sports Mentoring
We use sports and active play to help youth build teamwork, discipline, confidence, communication, and leadership.
Arts Mentoring
We create opportunities for young people to explore creativity, express themselves, and build confidence through hands on art and creative experiences.
Community Engagement
We bring youth, families, volunteers, and partners together through events, outreach, shared activities, and community centered experiences.
